Cat on hind legs

In my dream last night I was followed up a flight of stairs by a cat walking on its hind legs - I was slightly disappointed when I woke up to say the least.

You shouldn't laugh but this newspaper clipping made me bawl! He sounds like the worst Batman villain mixed with Andy Stanton's Mr Gum so I had to draw Harry. What a cad!
